We use a time and cost effective counseling and coaching process, including:

  • Remote review and analysis of financials and key metrics. 
  • Multiple (typically 3) telephone, video or in person owner discovery and coaching sessions.
  • Presentation of immediate action steps. 


RESULT:

Creation of actionable Business Plan for the Future specific to your company to drive results. 


Once the plan is complete, most owners are capable of execution themselves. But we are available for accountability and execution coaching sessions if needed.


TIME & COST:

Conducted over three to six weeks, involving 3-6 hours of owner's time. Cost: $2,400.
